BEING UNCOMFORTABLE
---Being uncomfortable, emotionally or physically, is NOT necessarily a bad thing. Today, instead of wishing for a better space or more compassionate people around you, accept things as they are. When you do, you will quickly realize that they are not nearly as unbearable as you thought. You have been underestimating your ability to go with the flow. You are much more flexible than you may have thought. Astrology.com

CREATIVE COMMISERATION

CREATIVE COMMISERATION -
The ''BEAUTY''
---We want to see commiseration in a positive light instead of the negative connotation that it now has. We see commiseration as essentially two people getting together and ''bitching'' about something. They are usually running, whatever it is, into the ground.
---The thing or situation doesn't really stand a chance when this negative onslaught begins, but, if NOT acted upon and they are expressing real emotion, then they are ''just'' clearing out their insides - Maybe, even for something more positive. This seems to be a good
thing.
---We must remember this - ''Two Negatives Make A Positive.'' This also works in Human Behavior. Two people, even being very negative, will find their ''agreeing'' to be positive. They now have a ''bond'' between them.
---In the telling of the way they see it, they should be ''saying'' the Truth, eventually, and are speaking from their own voice. The ''Truth will be that which sets them free.''
---This is the way you are following how you really feel. Through this complete denial of the way it is seen, you are then seeing it very clearly, yourself. It Is in this same way that Krishnamurti says that Negative thinking, (Negating ALL Things,) is the highest form of intelligence.

GAMES PEOPLE PLAY -
Games People Play
---I’m sure that everyone remembers the hit song called, ‘’Games People Play.’’ It was a song done by many artists from Dolly Parton to Conway Twitty. My own memory goes to Joe South. The reggae group…’’Inner Circle,’’ had a hit with the song, also.
---As the title implies…it is about the games people play. This is as true NOW as it was when the song was written in the 1960’s. People have a very hard time telling the truth. We don’t want to look bad or we don’t want to hurt someone’s feelings or whatever reason we use…we hedge on the facts.
---The fact is this…we only get hurt if the fact being kept from us happens to be more than we can handle. The immortal Jack Nicholson line comes into play - ‘’you can’t handle the truth.’’
---I’m NOT saying that we should all start telling the truth and that the truth will make us free. You have all heard that. I’m saying this - when we talk to someone, are we more concerned with saving face or being honest. My experience is that most save face and are not honest.
---In an age where self discovery seems to keep one with the status quo, lying to yourself…about yourself, goes against the grain. Owning up to one’s own so-called flaws, keeps one on the pulse of life. It is okay not to be perfect. Come down from the mountaintops and start living. Our toughness shows up in how well we handle those things that embarrass us. Stop projecting and assuming and begin interacting.
---The question is this…do we play games with others or do we tell the truth?
